These Terms of Service (Agreement) are a legal agreement between You as a user of internet site in-pc.org and Institute for the people and changes SLtd, a private Single Limited Liability Company registered under Bulgarian law, having its registered address situated at Dimitar Hadjikotcev str, No 65-B, ap. 3, Sofia 1421, Bulgaria and EIK 204695494, (“In-PC” or “We”, “Our” or “Us”).
This agreement governs your limited, non-exclusive and terminable right to the use of the internet site in-pc.org and Services as defined herein. By making use of the services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
If You do not agree to this Agreement, You shall not use any of the Services or the Site. By agreeing to this Agreement, You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, understood it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgement and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.
In-PC helps people and businesses to become more successful by improving the organization of their activities.
3.1 On the mentioned in p. 2.1 places In-PC publishes free accessible content that could include links to paid own content or paid third-party content.
3.2 Users can read, watch and use the free accessible information to model (refine, develop) their own personal and business activities.
3.3 The paid content must be bought before use.

4. Availability and maintenance
4.1 In-PC maintains the site in-pc.org actively. In case the maintenance is reasonably expected to negatively impact availability, In-PC will carry out such maintenance at times when the use of service is relatively low. Maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. Emergency maintenance can take place at any time and without prior announcement.
4.2 Your feedback and suggestions in relation to our activities are welcome but ultimately In-PC decides which adaptations to carry out (or not).
5. Intellectual property
5.1 All information and images on the website in-pc.org, as well as our content in the social networks (Facebook, Youtube etc), is intellectual property of In-PC.
5.2 Users have no rights to copy, store and sell pieces of our free content without prior written permission of In-PC, except and to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
6.1 Our pages could include links to paid own content or third-party content. If a user decides to buy, this is made with the help of third-party providers, as www.clickbank.com, www.amazon.com, www.paypal.com etc.
6.2 In the case of purchase, the User shall be aware of which is the provider company and who is the author/producer of the product. The user must make (or have) an account on the internet site of the provider.
6.3 Any questions related to a specific purchase shall be addressed to the author/producer or to the provider via the interface of the provider’s site, including the email and specific support links he gives.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1. In no event shall In-PC, its owners, suppliers or any of their managers, employees, contractors and/or agents be liable to you or any Third Party for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive or other consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to any lost profits or revenue, interruption, loss of programs or other information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising directly or indirectly from (i) Your use of or access to the Site and/or Services, or any content, products or services distributed on or provided through the Site and/or Services, (ii) for any failure or interruption of the Site and/or Services; whether arising out of errors, omissions, loss of Data, defects, viruses, interruptions or delays in operations or transmission or any other cause, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, even if In-PC or its suppliers have been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.2. In any event, and without prejudice to the above, In-PC’s total maximum aggregate liability under this agreement, including any annexed herewith, or in respect of the use or exploitation of any part or all of the Site or Services, the compensation in any manner whatsoever shall not exceed the single price or a monthly subscription fee.
8. Term and termination
8.1 This agreement enters into force as soon as a user first uses the service and then remains in force until terminated.
8.2 In-PC can terminate the agreement and possibility for use with notification by the email and other restrictions if a user repeatedly violates these rules.
9. Cancellation & Refund Guarantee
9.1 The user has the right to cancel his purchases.
9.2 If the product or service is delivered by In-PC, a user can request a cancellation by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating that he/she wants to cancel a specific purchase/subscription. For the same, the user can use the interface of the provider’s site (see 6.), including the email and specific support links he gives.
9.3 If the message (in point 9.2) is within 30 days of the purchase, the user has the right to request a refund. We will then process the refund within 5 business days.
9.4 If the product (service) is made by a third party, the user can request a cancellation and refund using the interface of the provider’s site (see 6.), including the email and specific support links he gives.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
10.1 In-PC is registered as a personal data administrator in the Register of personal data controllers in Bulgaria with № 431920, according to the Act on personal data protection.
10.2 By accepting the terms contained within this agreement, including its annexes, You acknowledge and warrant that you shall comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to Data protection and privacy laws and that You shall indemnify In-PC against any Third Party claims related to violation of such applicable laws in the use of the Service.
11. Miscellaneous provisions
11.1 In case of problems and disputes between In-PC and its users, customers and contractors, the parties will seek a bona fide solution by negotiation using the available means of communication.
11.2 Except to the extent determined otherwise by mandatory applicable law, all unsolved disputes, arising in connection with In-PC and its activities, shall be brought to the competent Bulgarian court.
11.3 For any clause in these terms and conditions that demand that a statement must be done “in writing” to be legally valid, a statement by e-mail or communication through the in-pc.org site shall be provided with sufficient certainty that authenticity of the sender can be established and the integrity of the statement has not been compromised.
11.4 In case any part of these terms and conditions are declared legally invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the whole of the agreement. The parties shall in such an event agree on one or more replacement provisions that approximate the original intent of the invalid provision(s) within the limits of the law.
